For this edition of the bimonthly members-only series of intimate listening sessions, Bob Dylan Center Director Steven Jenkins considers the anxiety of influence, as singers and songwriters pay tribute to their musical forebears, follow in some daunting footsteps and wonder if they’re worthy. Dylan grapples with the legacies of Woody Guthrie and Blind Willie McTell, while fellow fans pay homage to Joey Ramone, David Bowie, Iggy Pop and Dylan himself.
This event will be offered in-person and virtually via Zoom.
